Bauhaus Brew Labs is a well-loved Minneapolis brewery known for its energetic brand and inventive approach to craft beer. Each summer, they release a seasonal variety pack—aptly named the ‘Breezebox’—featuring four new brews designed to capture the spirit of the season.
With a new design each year and increasing competition in a crowded beer aisle, the challenge was to create something bold, colorful and disruptive. Drawing inspiration from 3D art, American traditional tattoo illustration, pop art and tie-dye, the final design is vibrant and expressive, evoking the feeling of a carefree summer day. To support the launch, a custom pair of 3D glasses was created and distributed at the brewery, allowing drinkers to fully experience the dimensional artwork across the cans and packaging.
